Biodegradable Compostable Compounds are plastics that can be decomposed by bacteria, microbes, or other living organisms into water or soil.
They are made from natural materials that are similar in performance to conventional petrochemical-based plastics. A Compostable Compounds product developed by Luk Plastcon Ltd. in technical collaboration with ASL DRDO, Hyderabad, is an alternate solution and replacement to conventional single-use plastics.
